The Laramie Project

A 50th season special event

One night only!

by Moises Kaufman and members of the Tectonic Theater Project
Directed by BHCT Artistic Director Zach Curtis

April 12, 2018

Conceived and created in the aftermath of the 1998 killing of gay college student Matthew Shepard, The Laramie Project is a theatrical portrait of a town coming to grips with vicious, hate-fueled violence.

20 years after Matthew’s horrible death, the show stands as a breathtaking collage exploring the depths to which humanity can sink and the heights of compassion of which we are capable.

Please join us for a one-night-only reading of this powerful stage event, with a cast of 67 local performers.
