BHCT’s Costume Shop has a wide variety of period and specialty costumes available for rent at reasonable prices.  It is located at the Performing Arts Center of Rapid City (Third Floor, behind the building). Drop in or call 394-6091 during the Costume Shop’s regular business hours.

The costumes pictured on this website are a representation of our costume collection. It is by no means complete. We will be adding more photos in the future. Unless otherwise noted, the costumes are one-of-a-kind and come in the size listed in the description.

To ensure a more accurate fit, we use measurements instead of ready-to-wear sizing because sizing among brands is inconsistent and changes regularly. (Ladies: do not use your bra size as a bust measurement. Unless you wear an A cup, your actual bust measurement will be different from your bra size.) If you do not find what you’re looking for, please give us a call or email and we can determine if we have what you need in stock.

If you have large group needs (schools, churches, business events, etc.) we ask that you make an appointment so that we might better handle your needs.  For appointments or further information contact:
